Static Application in Fabric Folding Machine

In the fabric folding machine, the friction of the fabric on the rubber rollers will create a high static charge on the fabric roll. The high static charge  at the output point is undesirable, especially as the machine operator is exposed to electrical shocks, causing products to dust in the stacking areas and damaging the electronic equipment of the machine. The H & O Anti Static Bars are placed as shown in the figure to eliminate problems. The anti-static bar will neutralize the static electricity on the surface of the roller to relieve the winding, protect the operator and increase the efficiency.
