Anti-Static Application in Chocolate Filling

It is shown that two different color chocolates are injected inside a mould. It is observed that, after light colored chocolate mold is injected,  when products are loaded with the same static charges during the transfer of dark chocolate, the products repel each other and when they are loaded with opposite static charges, the products are mixed with each other in an unbalanced way and cause defective production. In order to solve the problems, when the Puls Air Reinforced Anti Static Bars are installed as shown in the figure, the melt mixture  will be neutralized during the flow of the chocolate, which will solve the problems.
