Static Application in Weaving Machine

In the weaving machine, there is a static charge on the product during the process of unwinding, touching, and transferring on the rubber attractors the yarns dissolved on the levents prepared in the warping machine. The static charge charges the yarns at the same polarity, which causes them to vibrate and knot during this thrust, causing the yarns to become entangled and knotted, causing the products to be damaged by winding on attractive rolls, causing the machine to perform short and long stops, dusting and dirt on the product waiting points. Antistatic bars will neutralize the static electricity on the product surface to relieve static charge and increase productivity when the Puls Antistatic bars are positioned to face at both surfaces of the product, as seen in the figure.
