In high-speed cutting operations, the cut film layers are subject to static charge, which is disturbed by friction and heat. The disruptive static charge creates problems in production by causing undesirable conditions such as adhesion and user shocks as the layers become stacked.

PULS anti-static bars and high-speed 100hz will be placed towards the moving film surface for solution of the problem.
